It is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education for improving the quality of education, in the Indian School Education System.It will cover the six Indian states(Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, and Rajasthan).
