How many fundamental rights are in the Indian constitution?
The Indian constitution guarantees seven fundamental rights to Indian citizens as follows:
(i) right to equality
(ii) right to freedom
(iii) right against exploitation
(iv) right to freedom of religion
(v) cultural and educational rights
(vi) right to constitutional remedies
(vii)Right to Privacy (has been amended on 24th August 2017)
